Seats and Planes

As with all travel agencies and online booking systems, when you are purchasing tickets, we cannot guarantee you that you will be able to sit next to each other, or will get a window seat, etc. Seating is best done over the phone with the airline as soon as you know your ticket has been issued. See our ticketing information. Once ticketed, you could call the airline and provide them your first flight number, flight date, and passenger name. They very likely will allow you to give your seating preference. However, some will not wish to assign specific seats until you check in at the gate or curbside. For many airfares, our system will allow you to select a seat preference, but this will not always be registered by the airline. For many fares (90%), our system automatically assigns seats and tries to assign them together, but seats can be changed through the airline. Pets

Some small pets may be classified as "carry-on" items depending on the weight of the pet and/or the size of their pet carrier cage. Airlines typically charge for pets carried in cargo and have regulations you need to be aware of. Some pets will not be allowed to fly if the outdoor temperature is too cold. The rules for each airline vary. If you plan to bring a pet on a trip, then we recommend you check an airline's pet policy before completing a booking on our web site.
