today!

Not only was she very kind and polite she 
also fixed my flight problem and then spent 
several hours looking for the best flight deal 
for me for my new flight!!

I just received my tickets from FedEx and would like to say 
thanks for the great service. I tried to make reservations 
over the web but after a few problems I called the help desk 
where a very nice and unbeliveable helpful CSR called Maya 
went out of her way to find the best fare for my schedule 
and itinerary.

Please let her supervisor know that she's an example that 
should be followed by all customer service personnel in any 
company. I used to be a loyal Expedia customer but Maya 
(I hope I am spelling her name right..) converted me.
